About our host: Shauntelle Jaume (pronounced how-may, like “how may I help you?”) is the founder of Buenas Vibras Yoga & Self-Care Space, a vibrant and inclusive yoga studio in Central Texas offering yoga, meditation, energy healing, and spiritual wellness experiences.

Originally from Queens, New York, Shauntelle has called Central Texas home since 2019. Her yoga journey began in her teens, when she practiced alongside her grandmother, Catalina, to heal after her grandfather’s passing. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.

A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Shauntelle is certified in Hatha and Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Buti Yoga, and has been teaching professionally since 2018. Her classes are known for their grounding energy, heart-centered guidance, and soulful fusion of movement, breath, and intention.
