A Practical Magic Night

Join us for a night of magic that will leave you spellbound! Our friends Electra Mourning, Titania McGee, Maritza, and Thrice Knightly will be joining us for Tarot Readings, Dramatic Readings, and Figure Model drawings. Guests are highly encouraged to come dressed to bewitch and participate in our costume contest!

5:30pm-6pm : Figure Model Drawing

6pm : Costume Contest!

6:30pm - 7pm : Dramatic Readings

Figure Model Drawing and the Dramatic Readings are free to attend but gratuity for the performers is appreciated.

Tarot Readings are on a first come, first serve basis.

ABOUT THE PERFORMERS

Electra Mourning: Diana has been a theater performer and producer for over 20 years. From Burlesque, to Readers Theater, to Fringe Festivals, she has spent the last three years creating magic with the Georgetown Palace theater on the stage management side.

Titania McGee: Titania McGee is a quirky storyteller in heels! The Poetic Tease has been performing, choregraphing and teaching around Austin for over fifteen years. Her broad dance background keeps audiences on their toes, and her deeply emotive style brings them to their knees. Whether she’s being nerdy , modern, classic or fusing a few, she’s always here to take your mind and your heart on an odyssey.

Maritza: Maritza is a Mexibilly coach, curandera, producer and performer living and working out of Austin, Texas while helping and entertaining people all over the world. Whether they’re performing a ceremony to help someone retrieve their soul or performing a dance routine celebrating the exciting, erotic, and emphatically weird, you can count on Maritza to be there, (they/them/theirs), giving care with wild hair. Thrice Knightly: Thrice Knightly is a comedic, chivalrous performer / model who knows how to wield his blade to entertain you - All. Knight. Long. He's performed on various stages in Austin and beyond, with such groups as Geekgasam, Fou Fou Ha, and most recently Haus of Brimstone! A prolific bibliophile and researcher of all things metaphysical, he'll dive deep into your arcana and bewitch you with forbidden knowledge.
