WithinHER Wellness - Express & Align

Step into a sacred space of creativity, reflection, and gentle sound healing. Participants will journal their thoughts and intentions, then translate those reflections onto a canvas with provided paints. The session will close with a soothing sound bath using chimes and small instruments, helping participants release tension and integrate the energy of their creative work.

Berlina Washington is a trauma-informed wellness coach and holistic health practitioner whose integrative approach combines mindfulness, yoga, Pilates, and barre to help women heal, grow,
and thrive. As the founder of WithinHER Wellness and the Blooming WithinHER Foundation, she has created transformative spaces that nurture emotional healing, personal empowerment,
and community connection.
Rooted in her own journey of transformation, Berlina’s work focuses on trauma recovery, self-discovery, and holistic well-being. She equips women with practical tools to embrace mindfulness, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care—encouraging a lifestyle grounded in peace and purpose.
Through her restorative and mindful practices, Berlina helps women reconnect with their inner selves, cultivate resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with grace and intention. Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she continues to deepen her knowledge to support women’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Her mission is to inspire lasting healing and empower women to live authentically, courageously, and free.
